Playing Match Heist on More Than One Device
Same platform account, same progress. Here is how syncing works across devices and what to do when two devices disagree.
You can play Match Heist on more than one device as long as each one is signed in to the same platform account — Game Center on iOS, Google Play Games on Android. Your progress follows that account.
If two devices show different progress
Identify the device that is further ahead
Note the level number on each device. The higher one holds the progress you want to keep.
Open the game on that device while online
Let it sit on the main screen for a moment with a working connection so it can push its save up.
Then open the other device
With the same account signed in and a connection, the second device should pull the newer save down.
Still out of sync after both devices have been online? Contact support with both level numbers and the platform each device uses.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move my progress from Android to iPhone?
No. Saves live with Google Play Games or Game Center respectively, and the two platforms cannot transfer between each other. Purchases are also store-specific.
Can two people share one device?
One device holds one Match Heist save at a time. Separate progress needs separate devices or separate platform accounts.
