How to Save Your Match Heist Progress
Your progress lives on your device and syncs to your Game Center or Google Play Games account. Here is how to confirm it is backed up.
Match Heist stores your level progress, rewards and purchases against your device and your platform account. Keeping that link healthy is what lets you reinstall the app, change phones or recover after a problem without losing your place.
Make sure your progress is backed up
Sign in to your platform account
On iPhone or iPad, make sure you are signed in to Game Center in your device settings. On Android, sign in to Google Play Games. This is the account your save is tied to.
Open Match Heist while connected
Launch the game with an internet connection so it can sync your latest progress. Playing entirely offline for long stretches delays the sync.
Confirm your level number
Note the level you are on. It is the quickest way to verify a restored save later, and the most useful detail to give support if something goes wrong.

Do I need to create an account to play?
No. Match Heist plays straight away with no sign-up. Signing in to Game Center or Google Play Games is what enables cloud backup and recovery.
Will I lose my purchases if I reinstall?
