Moving Match Heist to a New Phone
Sync on the old phone first, sign in with the same account on the new one, and your levels and purchases come with you.
Changing phones is straightforward as long as you do one thing before you hand the old one over: let it sync.
On your old phone
Connect to the internet
Wi-Fi is ideal. Open Match Heist and let it reach the main screen.
Confirm you are signed in
Check that Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) is signed in on the device, so the save has somewhere to go.
Note your level number
Write it down. It is how you will verify the transfer worked.
On your new phone
Sign in with the same account
Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used on the old device — this is the part that carries your progress and purchases.
Install Match Heist
Download the app fresh from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the game while online
Give it a moment on first launch to pull down your save, then check the level number matches.
If the level number does not match after the move, do not play on further. Contact support straight away with both level numbers and we will help.
Frequently asked questions
My new phone started me at level 1. Can it be recovered?
Often, yes. Check first that the new device is signed in to the same platform account and has a working connection. If it still shows level 1, contact support before playing further and include your old level number.
